Yes. Hana Kawa sells authentic Korean (K-Beauty) and Japanese (J-Beauty) brand products sourced for retail. We fulfill orders from California.
Where do you ship from / how long does shipping take?
Orders ship from California across North America. Standard shipping is $12 (3-7 business days). Expedited shipping is $20 (2-3 business days).
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.
What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT are processed the same business day.
How do I track my order?
Track your order through Shopify order status. Carrier tracking is also in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy for opened skincare?
